Product Description

Foam dressing is new sterile dressing made of polyurethane foam which contains CMC, including
non-adherent foam dressing, foam dressing with polyurethane film, self-adherent foam dressing
and silver ion foam dressing.
Polyurethane foam has a rich porous structure that can absorb large amount of wound exudate,
maintain the wound moist healing environment, promote wound healing. The foam dressing does
not stick to wound, can reduce secondary damage when changing dressings.

The white side of the foam dressing is used for wounds.
The coral-colored top of the foam dressing contains a moisture-permeable layer that is designed to
prevent exudate from exuding, protect the wound from contamination and allow water vapor exchange.

4.Adhesive part of self-adherent foam dressing is made of extra thin hydrocolloid dressing which can
enhance wound healing.

Applications of foam dressing:
1. Different phases of wound especially to wounds with exudate.
2. I-II degree burn and scald wound.
3. Donor site and skin grafts site.
4. Ulcers and bedsores, especially for pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and lower limb venous ulcer
5. Post-operation surgery wound and injuries, can be reserved for 5 to 7 days at most.

 Method of use:
1) Clean and disinfect the wound, make the skin around the wound dry.
2)Select appropriate size of the foam dressing (it can be cut into appropriate size and shape if necessary ),
the dressing should completely cover the wound.
3)Remove the release film, apply the dressing to the wound.
4)Using adhesive PU or non-woven fixing roll tape o fix the foam dressing.
